Tierra fundida blanco cercado del pino

A blend of Listan Blanco, Albillo Criollo, and Verdello from a 1.5 hectare vineyard in Orotova.  The Listan is pressed directly, full clusters, and fermented in concrete.

After blending, the wine rest in concrete, amphorae and used oak for 6 months. Bright and citrus, with beautiful texture. Just 2800 bottles produced.
